This week has been thrilling and terrifying all in one. We signed a purchase agreement today forthis little gem. This little gem is exactly 7 blocks away from our current little gem of a house in Hopkins.
I feel like it's a house that my family will grow in and love to come home to. We can't wait to move in and have all of our friends and family over for a birthday party for the baby girl and a house warming party all in one.

Congrats on the house! It always seems a little scary making the offer, but when it's the right house you just know it :) Looks like a great space to have a munchkin bday fest.
