Since Michael has been busy with home improvement projects and has now fallen considerably ill with a bad cold, I felt it my wifely duty to protect the sanctity of the blog and post SOMETHING.
So how's this?
The only alcohol I've had since October was baked into this cake. It calls for Guinness - but Old Peculiar worked just as nicely I think.

The Frosting looks like Lard or Mashed Potatoes..But i bet knowing my neice they are really good mashed potatoes.. Just kidding..Micheal Get better and Momma Liz, You and the Cake look fabulous!
