We'll folks, it is official. I have asked my beloved Elizabeth for her hand in marriage and she has accepted! We have set our date for November 25, 2006 in Davenport, Iowa.
I am as happy as I have ever been and am anxious to start my new life with Elizabeth by my side forever.

Bringing the "New" Rico down a grand, (and I do mean grand!) total of SIXTY! It has been a literal breeze.... in that we are never hungry, and never crave the garbage we used to power-down on a daily basis. I began at 308 and now weigh 248. My waist band has diminished from size 48 (and they were getting tight) down to 40's and even they are beginning to require my belt, that has five newly-punched holes it. Rico
