Owning two homes sux.
I've tried listing the condo for rent/sale on craigslist and had a few nibbles, but nobody willing to sign a purchase agreement or lease, so I'm about to officially list my condo for sale with my friend Mr. N, the real estate agent.
There goes 3-6% of my potential profit, but hell, some of that goes to a friend, right? So why not.
Plus I might get a big fat check (not as fat as it might have been, but still fat) and be able to go to Fiji or somewhere.
Speaking of fat - I'm heading out to the Y.

What a pain having people come and see it at any time with little or no notice. But, it has finally been appraised and inspected and we'll be moving on out in one week! Good luck Miguel!

But wait! I thought you were going to become and unscrupulous landlord who only rented to buxom twins with low IQs who would sometimes have to barter for the rent??
