Not Easter

Blog entries with pictures seem to be much more popular. I need to remember that.

I have had a life-changing experience.

For the first time in over 15 years I purchased a television. Don't worry, don't worry, I haven't gone off the deep end and invited broadcast or cable television into my home, no no. It's just a device to watch DVDs on. I'm a sworn fan of netflix and now walmart is doing their own mail-order DVD rental service. I'm lucky enough to have a distribution hub here in Minneapolis so my netflix turn-around is quite fast.

My que is getting smaller on netflix so if you have any suggestions of 'must see' DVDs, please. Let me know.

I just watched The Kid Stays in the Picture tonight. Excellent movie. Put it on your netflix list.

I'm also watching Penn & Teller's Bullshit (from Showtime) and Chapelle's Show (from Comedy Central).

I don't know exactly how I feel about it.. but it's kina nice to see a movie on something other than a computer monitor.

Now that you're part of the TV Nation again, take a gander at Deadwood on HBO.

There's a character named Al Swearengen, runs a gambling establishment. He reminds me of someone, but I can't think who.

I'll vouch for the Deadwood show too.

But is it on DVD?

Anything by the Wiggles kicks ass! Elmo in Grouchland is must see (if you're 4 years old).
